“Informauditservice” – a member of the global Russell Bedford network – has carried out a client satisfaction survey aimed at determining the service quality level of our company as at the moment we joined the international network. The survey was held among clients of the accounting outsourcing practice. We have received answers from 92% of our current clients.
We would like to say thank you to our clients who took part in the survey and spent time on answering the questions.
According to the results of the survey, 89% of the clients are ready to recommend “Informauditservice” as a provider of accounting outsourced services. We scored 4.6 out of 5 for the quality of provided services. The survey results show high professional level and outstanding work of “Informauditservice” accountants. Our clients’ comments and feedback helped us to come up with some important ideas in relation to the further development of our company’s services.
Also, such surveys are critical to us due to the requirement to comply with the internationals quality standards which are compulsory for all members of the Russell Bedford network. We plan to perform client satisfaction surveys every six months and will be happy to share our results and achievements with you.
