IAS EMPLOYEES COMPLETED ONE MORE 1C COURSE
One of the winning approaches to the staff enhancement is educational work. And this can be seen not only as a management and motivation tool, but also as a prerequisite for business development. We make every effort to help our people and our clients achieve new business goals by using new technologies to enhance financial productivity and labor efficiency.In October and November 2016, a 5-day training was held for our employees of HR and payroll outsourcing departments devoted to the new release of the 1C program “1C:payroll and HR. Release 3.0”. In addition to changes in general settings, issues related to payroll calculation in self-sustained organizations, and to taxation and reflection of reporting results related to calculation of employees’ compensations and deductions were demonstrated and explained to training participants.
